China Poblano Las Vegas reviews

While in Las Vegas, visited China Pablano. The bar was open for lunch and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The service was prompt and a little chilly. It was delicious. The Dim Sum with Golden Pearls was delicious! It was delicious! I love the design. The salt marghetta was a great way to keep people busy during lunchtime.

Although the food was good, it wasn't as great as Mexican or Chinese food. Desserts were delicious.

It was very convenient to be in the Cosmopolitan, where we stayed. Nevertheless, nothing too original or imaginative.

The tasting menu was completed. It took about 1hr 20 minutes. Was per person.

Come for breakfast! Particularly if you need a boost after too much partying from your previous night. Come in and drop your name to the list if there is a wait line. Staff were excellent. The table guacamole at the table was delicious. But I was disappointed with everything else. I had dimsum and chicken soup. The excessive seasoning left me feeling sick for two hours.

This is where you'll find amazing food in Vegas. I was truly blown away by everything from the appetizers to desserts

This is a great concept and it really does work. Fusion restaurants can be so inconsistent. We tried the cocktails and they were fantastic. Next, we enjoyed the Golden Pigs. They were so delicious! Then came the delicious sopes. It was delicious. Finally we had Road to Xi which was a perfectly balanced dish with all the other ingredients.

It was such a pleasant surprise. We passed by the place and decided to give it a try. Holly, our waitress, was amazing. The food was delicious. Although the fried rice tasted a bit saltier than we would prefer but the balance was so good that I didn't mind. Churros is a must-try if you live in the area.

Recommend! Those birrias tacos are so delicious, I wish I had 10. The service was excellent and there were many good options.

Although we had to wait, the system worked well. We left our names and walked around the hotel until the food was ready. The Yogurt Coconut Ceviche was delicious and unique in texture. The Terracotta Warrior dessert was another great treat. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It was a fascinating fusion of different cuisines. A Spanish and Mexican dish were shared. This mix of cultures was quite interesting. Each tradition revolves around carbohydrates, with corn in Mexico and Spanish rice. Both go well together.

On the 13th of October, we arrived at LV. We were shown a table next to the kitchen. We weren't expecting it but were glad to accept. The food was delicious Chips and Salsa Chililaquiles Dim Sum was a sandwich made from pork belly.

This isn't the right place if you want a peaceful, relaxed meal. The food is excellent as well as the service. On our previous trip, we had dinner and lunch here. The menu was allergy-friendly and included many vegan options. It was wonderful! Both of us loved the margaritas and tacos.

Dim sum, noodles and skinny marg..cool vibe mixing cultures. They had great food and excellent service. The Jose andres restaurant is a winner.

The server and hostess were wonderful with accommodating dietary requirements and making recommendations, without us asking. The servers seemed to care about our preferences and wanted to find the right item on the menu.

While in Vegas, we tried a few high-end restaurants and was disappointed. We were amazed and enjoyed China Poblano. The food was delicious, authentic and fresh. The atmosphere was wonderful, as was the...service. This place should be visited every night.

Great vibe, cool concept. I have been to China Poblano two times so I know a few of their specialties. Although the service was slow, my boyfriend and me split the sampler. The rice was delicious and the noodles were amazing.

Jose Andres has all my money. Not only was the dinner amazing, but the staff were attentive and helpful. It was a wonderful combination of food and service. I can't wait to return safely. Jose
