This location was amazing. We purchased a car today. Russ, the worker who assisted us was amazing and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great experience. Russ was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He also made sure that we got the best car for our needs. Highly recommended.

I bought a car from them and that part went went well. But when we had concerns about it, the people in service seemed to be helping . However, they were condescending and rude when speaking to us. And in stead of fully explaining how the different style transmission works they gave nonsense answers and the old it s an older car line.

CarMax has never caused me any problems. I am very pleased with their service. Today, I paid my final payment. But Daysie took my payment at 10:06. She might have started a bad day. But she should be more professional.

Carmax offered me more than I paid for my vehicle. They also gave me a cash down payment. The paperwork was simple. I wish there was a place to wait while appraisals are completed. The office was clean. All employees wore masks.
