Unhelpful staff. What a waste. This complex should have a beautiful community. But the worthless and super inconvenient staff will not allow deliveries to be made while they are at work. So they must be put up on the balcony, or leave them unattended to become stolen. This is why their ratings have dropped.

From Aug 2014 to Aug 2016, I lived there. The new management made some improvements. They locked the gate to the pool, so that everyone who wants to use it must walk to the lobby. I was leaving because of a job opportunity. I highly recommend Sonata Apartments.

Bad area to live. My family lives there since 2005. Dangerous buildings. I heard my brother get attacked by the girls for driving her car through the gate. A neighbor, who was a security officer had to pull my sister away from the driver's side. I have received police reports.

DO NOT MOVE HERE I just recently moved into the Broadstone Sonata apartment complex in Las Vegas NV 12 30 15 it has not even been 30 days My apartment was broken into yesterday at 1030am Complete daylight The management team here has been anything but helpful it s been over 24 hours and my door still needs to be fixed My sister and my 1 mont... see more
