When we arrived, Hali at the reception was extremely helpful. Although the rooms were old, they are clean. It was filthy inside and outside.

It was a little bit rundown, but it is okay for a brief stay.

We had one problem with the heater. It would not heat up if set at 80. Anything lower would cause it to get too cold. Ohhh good breakfast! But this place didn't offer more fruits, no peanut butter or potatoes. I'm used to seeing other places that serve a wide variety of food.

Sefa was a great host. He responded quickly to my needs and was kind to us every time. We will definitely be back to this location again.

My kid went with the team to this hotel for a few nights. When she returns home, 100 dollars are gone from her bag. This was in the room while they were playing.

It was very disappointing. We stayed in the hotel for a short time to enjoy the pool and have some fun. The spa wasn't working properly. The staff didn't know about it when we called. The worst part? All the smoking that had been brought into our room.

On Monday, we stayed there for one night. It is a large hotel located in safe neighborhoods. Brusters Check-in was easy. The desk clerk was friendly. We were given a 3rd floor room. The bed was comfy and clean. The shower was not strong enough. The knobs weren t very stiff. My Dad was in the next room and experienced the same thing.

This hotel is located between Summerlin and downtown Vegas. We found it to be an excellent value. We were welcomed upon our arrival. The desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Excellent service, clean rooms, and excellent food.

The Best Western Plus Hotel in Las Vegas was a great choice. It was clean, comfortable and close to the Las Vegas Strip.

On Friday evening, I arrived and was not greeted at all by the front desk staff. He also seemed to be missing from the hotel. I asked him why he had been so rude and he said that he would report me to management.

It was a large, clean room. The concierge was friendly and helpful.

You shouldn't be staying here. I stayed here several months back and it was great. But this time, the girl who checked us in was rude. She asked for two queens and a sofa but was not confirmed. There was no toilet paper in the room by morning.

It was clean and tidy. I had to bring disinfectant, as it is a requirement for virus prevention.

They couldn't provide a breakfast buffet because of COVID19 shut down, but they did offer several options for grab-and-go bags. The bag was immaculate inside and outside. We were very secure about our virus safety.

It was a beautiful renovation of rooms that were spacious and clean. There are many convenient places nearby to buy food and other necessities. I would stay again.
