Benyeh Downtown Summerlin

A new bakery specializing in beignets opens and brings a roster of whimsical takes on classic baked goods.

To make dunking easy, they served baked goods, including patachus (pâte à choux) and cookie stix. They also served coffee with an emphasis on espresso-based coffee drinks.
