Our residents are able to use their apartments and park their cars by keeping the population to a reasonable limit. It also maintains the high quality of life that our residents deserve. Ovation allows up to three people to live in one bedroom apartments, five in two bedrooms and seven in three bedrooms. This standard may vary depending on the property and may be based on unique floor plans. If you have any questions, please contact the leasing office or management office.

The application must be completed by all occupants aged 18 or over. After approval, the lease can then be executed. Ovation doesn't require residents to present renter's insurance certificates prior to moving into their home. We also encourage them to keep a policy in case of loss.

Ovation is not responsible for any damage to, theft, or other losses of residents' personal property. All utilities will have to be set up in your name for the move-in date. You will need to provide proof of address before you can move in. The reservation form lists the telephone numbers of all utility companies.

Because Ovation understands that your pet is part of your family, our pet policy covers all breeds. Pets up to the age of 29 with an 80-pound maximum are accepted. The fees for pets vary depending on their size, so contact us to find out more. Breed restrictions do apply.

The Ovation will require a written notice of 60 days to vacate the apartment after your lease ends. A form can be obtained from any office. You can request a form from any of our staff if you want to leave your lease before the expiration date. Please refer to your lease agreement's policy on early termination.
