Family-run counter serve with a patio offering gyros, kebabs & other Greek specialties, plus wine.
Eating at the Great Greek is a lot like eating with your family. You have the relatives who love to cook, which, in our case, is our chef and the team in the kitchen who make everything from scratch. Then you have the family members who dote on you and make you feel at ease, just like our servers do. And, just like eating at someone’s house, our space is relaxing and full of subtle, charming decor. When people in Southwest Las Vegas are looking for amazing Mediterranean food (and a dining experience to match it), they come to our restaurant on Blue Diamond and Decatur and eat like they’re a part of our family.
Established in 2011.
Our family has been running restaurants around town for a while now, and the Great Greek Mediterranean Grill continues our legacy of delicious, fast-casual dining with authentic dishes made from scratch. We strive to make our guests feel comfortable while providing them with outstanding service from the moment they enter till the moment they leave.

So the week this place opened I was here. I love Greek food and was hoping for a great place closer to home. I was not impressed. Everything was ok but nothing that would bring me back. Then a friend wanted to meet here to grab lunch and I reluctantly agreed. So glad I did. It was really good. I went twice in the last week. Get the Great Gyro and the Greek side salad. The feta fries are good but a little heavy on the cheeses. Will be back for sure

Great Greek food. I have been here many times and am never disappointed in the food or the customer service. The patio seating is nice during the fall, and the inside is welcoming. It is a popular place so it can get a little crowded but it has never stopped me from eating here.

After entering the building, the decor and layout is quite simple, with outdoor and indoor eating spaces shown. When ordering, the server reccommended me the "Great Greek Rice Bowl" while my companions ordered a Gyro and Burger with fries. The rice bowl came first in a very fast pace, while the gyro and burger came 15 minutes later. I'll say the rice bowl was more of a salad with the chicken being a side. The Gyro and burger on the other hand was really good despite the long time. The lamb was soft and cooked really well, while the burger and fries went hand in hand. Overall, the food is really good and busy. I'll write later after trying the rest of the comp.

I'm amazed at how good the food was! The gyro meat was so tender. The soup and dolmades were so far the best I had. The service was also quick and the staff was really nice and courteous. I highly recommend this place!
