Fast food restaurant in North Las Vegas.
A truly great Philly steak harnesses the powers of bread, meat, and cheese, and, like Captain Planet, becomes an ass-kicking sandwich hero far greater than the sum of its parts. It is a magnificent trifecta of juicy, thin-cut beef; crisp, chewy roll; and tangy, salty, gooey cheese. Let’s just say that if Proust lived in Philadelphia, he would have written about Philly steaks instead of madeleines.

I would literally give zero stars if I could, not because of the food though. Most definitely because of service and unprofessionalism. I called labor day at 3:38 ordering pizza, wings, fingers, and fries for delivery and the person on the phone tells me he's the only one working. I asked my boyfriend and he said we could go get it. The guy on the phone(who later claims to be manager and owner) asks me if I'm close. I'm literally a 3 minute drive right on the other side of the 95 we were just being lazy. After telling him we'd come get it he insists on dropping it off because supposedly he has another delivery. He told me he told them 25 minutes so he would be to me in 35. Funny thing because at 4:29 I started calling. My call was ignored 3 times until 4:37 when the guy answered to tell me "oh your food just got done I have customers in right now as soon as they leave I'll bring your food." At this point I'm starving and dying for the ok pizza I got to enjoy a few days ago with no issues other than waiting on our pizza after closing when they made sure to rush me to get there before they close which I did. I begin to call again at 5:09 after realizing my food is just sitting there getting cold waiting. It took me calling 6 times....6 TIMES just to cancel an order that should have been delivered an hour ago and he was most likely lying about it just finishing up. When I finally got thru they had the audacity to tell me they took my food to a completely wrong address! Are you kidding me!? I highly doubt it, I gave my address twice. And when I asked what address he went to it's nothing like what i said and supposedly someone else told him where to go, how is that so when you're the only one working? Extremely annoyed with the contibuous excused i asked for the managers number and he told me not only was he the manager, but the owner as well. How freaking sad!! Take a business class or two maybe!? The most upsetting part is I could have picked it up myself and he insisted on delivering! For what!? To hugely dissapoint. I told him I didn't want him delivering cold food and he proceeded to say oh its not cold I put your fries up. Like are you kidding me!? What about my pizza and wings and fingers. Never ever ever again will I go thru this hassle for mediocre pizza and dry wings. Sadly they're the closest pizza place to me with decent reviews. I'll definitely just be going back to FourKegs around the corner for any quick well priced food. Not to mention after him not listening to the fact I dont want cold food that he didn't even offer to remake on their behalf I hung up the phone. And he proceeded to call me back 3 times. The owner hardly spoke english and couldn't understand me. I most definitely feel the owner should have taken fault and corrected the situation instead of losing a potention loyal customer seeing as how it only took me 3 days to crave again.

WARNING DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HERE! On June 15th I went here on my lunch break and ordered 1 gyro sandwich which came out to $8.57 after tax. Days later I was checking my credit card statement and I saw that I was charged $31.36! I went to the restaurant and showed them that they over charged me. They pulled up my receipt and saw that i was correct and that the manager will call me once they figured out what happened. Couple of days later the "manager" called and said "we only charged you $8.57, you'll have to call your credit card company and deal with them". I work in retail and I know how those credit card machines work, you have to manually enter the amount yourself, and I 100% believe they intentionally over priced me hoping that I wouldn't notice. Shady location run by shady employees.
